Lock changes start from £75 supplied and fitted, with no call-out fee. The engineer gives you a fixed price on the phone once he knows the door type and the number of locks, and that's the price on the receipt. Every lock and every hour of labour is guaranteed for 12 months.

Locks your insurer will recognise
Most home insurance policies quietly require British Standard locks: a BS3621 mortice deadlock on a timber door, or a TS007 3-star (or 1-star cylinder plus 2-star handle) on uPVC and composite doors.
